Construction planned for the park entrance road from August 1 possibly into November of 2004 will involve periods with delays as well as times when the road will be closed to all use. Bicycles will not be permitted on the road during that period, and busses and RV's will be limited to certain hours due to roadway narrowing. See "Plan Your Visit" Section, under "Facilities", for details.
