Location
Drive west of Del Rio on Hwy 90. The Visitor Information Center is located across from Three Rivers RV Park on Hwy 90, about 5.5 miles west of NPS headquarters.

Thanksgiving, December 25 and January 1.
Special Programs
View Amistad NRA's video, "The Transparent Border" (Spanish version also available), or "Spirits of the Canyon", a video on Lower Pecos Area Rock Art, in our new movie theater with DVD projector and "surround sound".
Exhibits
Exhibits relate story of dam's construction, as well as the natural and cultural resources surrounding Amistad Reservoir.

Rest Room, Parking, Big Bend Natural History Association Bookstore, Information, Movie Theater, Daily and Annual Boat Permit sales, Annual Hunting Permits issued here.

Diablo East Marina. Drive west of Del Rio on Hwy 90 toward Lake Amistad. Turn right at the NPS sign marked, "Diablo East".

Boating safety wayside exhibit kiosk near the restroom building.

Diablo East information station is open intermittently. Free information pamphlets are available inside.
Restrooms, trail, launch ramp, boat dock, fish cleaning station, and picnic areas.

Location
Just west of Del Rio on US Highway 90.

Closed Weekends and Holidays.
Available Facilities
NPS administrative offices. Office of superintendent, management assistant, all division chiefs, and ranger activities are in this building.
Concession permits, tournament permits and all special use permits can be obtained here.
For public information, boating and hunting permits please go to the Amistad Visitor Information Center located 5.5 miles west of NPS headquarters.
Pecos River Ranger Station

Location
Thirty five miles west of Del Rio on Hwy 90 near Seminole Canyon State Natural Area, past the town of Comstock turn at the NPS sign.
Closures
Launch Ramp closes when water level is too low.
Currently, light boat launching and hand-carried boats only. Motorized boats are prohibited from going upriver from the launch ramp.

Pecos information station is open intermittently. Free information pamphlets are available inside.
Available Facilities
Restrooms, launch ramp (depending on lake river levels), fish cleaning station, trail, picnic, water, scenic view. Limited supplies in this area.
Rough Canyon Ranger Station

Rough Canyon Marina. Drive west from Del Rio to 277 north, follow 277 N until you see the NPS sign for "Rough Canyon", turn and follow road to the marina.
Exhibits
Rough Canyon information station is open most days. Interpretive panels provide orientation and information on water safety, natural and cultural history. Free information pamphlets are available inside.
